Our studio apartments, available both on the ground floor and the first floor, each feature a private outdoor space, perfect for enjoying breakfast outside or unwinding after a day at the beach. Every unit consists of a bright open-space layout with a double bed, a sofa bed (1.5 size), a fully equipped kitchenette, and a bathroom with shower.
Within the residence, guests can enjoy a spacious parking area, a laundry room with coin-operated washing machines, and a small playground designed for our youngest visitors—making Lido I Palmizi a comfortable choice for families, couples, and groups of friends.
The Lido di Capoliveri beach, located just a few steps away, offers both equipped areas with umbrellas and sunbeds, as well as stretches of free beach. Along the shoreline you will find bars, restaurants, pedal boat rentals, jet ski rentals, and various water-sport services.
Thanks to the exposure to the maestrale wind, the Gulf of Capoliveri is also a favorite spot for windsurf enthusiasts.
