To be noted : The heating is centralised and , being inside a condominium , the switching on and off times are not autonomous but follow the Italian regulations ( both for the daily times and for the date of switching on and off ) . The neighbourhood is very well served : all the shops are a few minutes walk away as well as the bus stop which allows you to reach the city centre in a few minutes. The exit of the motorway Firenze Sud is easily reachable .
