On the ground floor, there is a welcoming living area and dining space, kitchen, and two bathrooms (one with bathtub and one with shower).
The first floor features a comfortable lounge area with sofas and TV, as well as two double bedrooms, both equipped with air conditioning.
On the second floor, there is a more private sleeping area with one double bedroom, one single bedroom, and a bathroom with bathtub. Air conditioning is available in this floor area, helping to maintain a comfortable temperature during the warmer months.
Outside, guests can enjoy a large private garden with olive trees and typical Mediterranean plants, a fully equipped patio for outdoor dining, and shaded areas perfect for relaxing in the peaceful countryside.The house is set in a peaceful hillside location, surrounded by nature yet conveniently close to the main attractions.

For bookings below the villa's maximum occupancy, only the bedrooms required for the number of guests booked will be made available, while the remaining rooms may remain closed.
