This first floor apartment is located 100 meters from Viareggio's soft sandy beaches and famous promenade. It is close to the thriving city center as well. This apartment is 65 square meters with a living room and a nice balcony. There is also a fully equipped kitchenette. Within this apartment there are two connected bedrooms, one with a double bed and a small terrace, and the other with one single bed. (Note: one must walk through master bedroom to reach other bedroom) The bathroom is equipped with a shower and its own balcony where is the washing machine. This apartment has fully functioning air conditioning for those hot summer days and wifi.
Perfect for a three person family or close friends.
PARKING: At check in you will get a parking map and directions to the news agents booth where you can buy a weekly parking pass for 20 euros. The city is split up into zones (A,B,C,D) so you just have to select which zone you want (the parking map shows the zones). You will then receive a pass to put on your windshield which will allow you to park in any blue lined area without paying an additional charge.

Viareggio is a city on the Northern Coast of Tuscany in the perfect position for those who wish to spend their holiday lounging on the beach, exploring a modern yet historic Italian coastal city or taking day trips to the numerous small towns nestled in the Tuscany countryside.
The Viareggio city coast is lined with a multitude of beach clubs where you are able to rent chairs and umbrellas for sunny days on the sand. These clubs also have bars and restaurants.
Driving ten minutes to the south of Viareggio you will find the wild beaches and a large pinewood along the coast, which gives you the opportunity to experience what the Italian coast was like before man.
To the north, half an hour by ferryboat, or in one hour by car, you can visit The Cinque Terre with its famous rocky coast line and crystal clear waters.
In twenty-five minutes you can also get to Massaciuccoli Lake where you can take part in the sailing courses held at the lakes Sailing School.
