The apartment is located 200 meters from the beach and the delightful Magazzini harbor, and conveniently right across the bay from Portoferraio. It consists of a lovely dining room with kitchenette and two sofa bed ( 140 x 190) From the dining room you can access both of the bedrooms : one is furnished with a double bed the second with a double bed a single bed and en suite complete bathroom with shower.A second complete bathroom with shower makes it the rest. Each room has and independent French window opening onto the private court yardwhere is dining and relaxing area. All of this is surrounded by a charming garden with shared bbq and parking .The washing machine is shared with the other flats in the villa and is located in a special laundry room accessible to all guests

From the apartment you can easily walk to the beach where you can find a modern marina and a beachfront restaurant that offers delicious appetizers which you can eat while enjoying a breathtaking view of Portoferraio's bay! For sports lovers there is a great deal of sailing and surfing. There are also boats available to rent.
You may also arrange to go scuba diving in the beautiful depths of the Tyrrhenian Sea. Nearby there are also golf and tennis courts. Our guests have access to all of the garden furnished with deck chairs, tables, an umbrella, sun loungers and a barbecue. The bus stop is located right on the corner of the main street but for those landing at Marina di Campo Airport we can arrange, on request a few days in advance, a taxi or car to rent.
